Lara and Jonah's friend who serves as mission control for Lara when she's off adventuring, while also acting as the unwilling caretaker of Croft Manor.
- Affectionate Nickname: Calls Lara "L.C."
- Canon Immigrant: Zip was originally a character from the original timeline and the later Legends continuity. Legends of Lara Croft is the first time he appears in the 2013 reboot continuity.
- Distressed Dude: The one time he accompanies Lara on the field he gets knocked out cold by Jonah who was under the control of Devereaux at the time.
- Mission Control: Once again plays this role for Lara, in the same manner he did in the original and Legends continuities.
- Straight Gay: The only indicator of his sexuality is him dancing with another man at Jonah and Abby's wedding.
Cam

Head of Interpol's organized crime division. Cam is Lara's childhood friend and daughter of her late mentor Conrad Roth.
- Childhood Friend: Cam and Lara grew up together under Conrad Roth, however the latter seemingly preferring Lara over his biological daughter seemingly drove a wedge between the two.
- Gratuitous French: She's half-french through her mother and she occasionally peppers her speech with french expressions.
- Parental Neglect: Roth favoring Lara over her eventually drove her away.
- Tomboy and Girly Girl: Despite Cam having the more traditionally tomboyish looks, with her short hair, she's actually the girl-girl to Lara's tomboy.
Charles Devereaux

Former mercenary now out to steal a set of ancient artifacts called the Peril Stones. His main goal is to use them to gain enough power to get his revenge Ancient Conspiracy called The Light that had his father killed when he was a child.
- Drunk with Power: He becomes more and more unstable with each Peril Stone that comes to his possession.
- "Not So Different" Remark: Tries this multiple times on Lara, pointing out that both had their fathers killed by Ancient Conspiracies, that they both turned to living lives on the edge (Lara as an adventurer and Devereaux as a mercenary) to dull the pain, and that Lara would do the same to Trinity as he is to The Light had she known about the Peril Stones.
- Revenge Before Reason: He doesn't care if using the Peril Stones destabilizes the balance of the world as long as he gets his revenge on The Light. It's not until after he's defeated that he realizes how far he had fallen.
- Roaring Rampage of Revenge: His main motivation for gathering the Peril Stones.
The Light
The Light
A modern-day offshoot of The Knights Templar. In the past, they tried to buy the church that Devereaux's father was a pastor of. When the latter refused, they had him killed, leading to his sons Start of Darkness.
- Ancient Conspiracy: They're a modern offshoot of the Knights Templar who were originally after the Peril Stone of Betrayal — the same stone that led to the Knights betraying the Church in medieval times, causing their downfall.
- Hoist by Their Own Petard: Killing the senior Devereaux eventually led to the son going on his quest to find the Peril Stones and have his revenge on them.
Daji

Voiced by: Xanthe Huynh
A húli jīng, an Chinese fox spirit who was the concubine of the emperor Tianxi Xing. Legends state that Daji stole a mystical ruby that the emperor had used to unite China, resulting in her being imprisoned in a coffin for centuries. in reality, the stone was the Peril Stone of Wrath, and Daji stole it to save China.
- Covert Emergency Call: Her kidnapping the village children was her attempt at drawing people to her coffin, hoping that whoever found them would free her.
- Extra Eyes: When Lara begs for her aid, after having freed her, she's presented with a vision of a pair of ghostly fox eyes surrounded by multiple smaller eyes.
- Multiple-Tailed Beast: When her coffin is opened, all we see of her is her nine tails. Later, when she appears in humanoid form to an unconscious Lara, she still has her tails behind her.
- Shapeshifting: One of the few fox spirit powers she retained after being imprisoned was to have her apparition shapeshift, Which she used to draw Lara's attention, appearing a child multiple times.
- Stealth Mentor: The first time she appears to Lara is as a child demonstrating how balance was needed to successfully make a pebble skip across water. She calls back to this when she has to remind Lara of what she needs to do to stop Devereaux and the Peril Stones.
- Written by the Winners: For the act of sealing the Peril Stone of Wrath and saving China, she was imprisoned in a coffin and her story written as that of an evil spirit of seduced the emperor to steal his power.
